2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

3. Resolution
Upon verification, we may offer a replacement or appropriate resolution at our discretion.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened, used, or improperly handled are not eligible for return.

5. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once the order has been handed to the carrier.
